Our products undergo pressure tests to verify their strength and reliability under extreme conditions; wind tunnel tests to evaluate their efficiency in various airflow scenarios; simulations of operational stress and thermal variations to verify their durability and longevity; replication of mechanical stresses to ensure structural integrity; assessments of material resistance to environmental factors to ensure long-term durability; contamination tests to guarantee product purity; and temperature storage tests to confirm resistance to extreme temperatures, among others. We also conduct specialized performance tests tailored to meet the unique demands of products designed for electric vehicles, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency and energy management.

Alkraft’s design team also uses advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools for testing, validation and optimization of designs. These simulation technologies allow us to replicate and predict fluid flow, heat transfer, structural integrity, and other critical factors, ensuring that our products meet stringent performance and durability standards.
